CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Vacuum for routine cleaning, blot liquid spills with clean cloth immediately. Wring out a small amount of warm water and blot up with clean cloth, do not rub stain. Continue to repeat as needed but do not oversaturate carpet as it may damage wool pile. Stain remover can be used for more persistent stains, we recommend Spot Off (sold at The Phinery). Professional cleaning recommended for large/dark stains that do not come up easily.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

This rug is eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all restocking fees and return shipping charges associated with the return. Customer is responsible for re-packing and coordinating return.
