CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Blot spills immediately with clean cloth. Do not clean spills with liquid cleaner or chemicals. Vacuum gently on lowest vacuum setting. Stain remover can be used for more persistent stains, we recommend Spot Off (sold at The Phinery). Continue to repeat as needed but do not oversaturate carpet as it may damage wool pile. Professional cleaning recommended for large/dark stains that do not come up easily.

This rug is eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all restocking fees and return shipping charges associated with the return. Customer is responsible for re-packing and coordinating return.
