This industrial style kitchen design was inspired by the homeowner’s desire to have an open concept kitchen with Southern exposure. This project entailed combining 2 rooms into a single space, separated by a custom fabricated glass wall and reclaimed wood beam. Concrete porcelain flooring was installed throughout the space. The walls were painted Benjamin Moore Silver Satin, OC-26. The Canyon Creek cabinets were painted Benjamin Moore Mysterious, AF-565. Brick veneers were installed on the West wall to create a cozy coffee lounge. A viscose and wool rug from Driscoll Robbins adds softness to the space along with custom roman window shades from The Shade Store. The coffee bar design became the highlight of the space with statement backsplash tile and professional equipment. Two swivel leather chairs and integrated lighting added warmth and style to the room. Two sets of French doors were installed and the deck was expanded to create a grand space full of light and exposure. This industrial style kitchen design project resulted in a unique and truly impressive space.
