This modern farmhouse laundry room was designed to function as a backdoor passthrough, mudroom, and laundry room. We loved adding in a pop of color with the cabinetry!

This modern farmhouse laundry room was designed to function as a backdoor passthrough, mudroom, and laundry room. This basement space came to life with custom navy cabinets (Vermont Slate by Benjamin Moore), a farmhouse sink, and an industrial faucet. LVP was installed on the floor for function and warmth. Shiplap was added to the walls to add to the farmhouse vibe. The Walker Zanger cocoon tile with contrast grout adds a fun, unique shape for the backsplash.

We decided to remodel our home in 2020 when the world shut down. A friend had worked with The Phinery and recommended I give them a call. It was the single most important call I made to assure the outcome I had envisioned! I know what I like when I see it and my design taste is eclectic of many styles. Becky helped me bring together my style in a way that worked AND suggested elements I wouldn't have thought of and enhanced the overall result. She had a vision and eye for design and made a recommendation on the layout of our master bath that the architect, contractor, my husband or I didn't think of after hours of trying to come up with a solution. Her suggestion completely changed the flow and I'm not exaggerating when I walk into my bathroom and thank her every day.
